Silencing Stat1 reverses the effect of cell viability and apoptosis by high glucose. The experiments were divided into five groups, which were control, HG (30 μM), NC + HG (Negative siRNA + 30 μM HG), siStat1 + HG (Stat1 siRNA + 30 μM HG) and SiStat1 (Stat1 siRNA). a Cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. b Relative apoptosis rate showed as bar diagrams. c Apoptosis levels were detected by flow cytometry.
